Based in London, we focus on value-add, transition-to-core and develop-to-core investments in Europe and selectively metropolitan and hub cities.
We put capital to work via customized investment vehicles, independent platforms as well as coming new strategy-dedicated funds on real asset classes with focuses on real estate, digital technology infrastructure and green energy. TGIM Assets has been established since 2014 (subsequently restructured) to pursue private-markets investment strategies; it remains private and independent.

Grace Cheung established TGIM Assets in 2014 upon evolving the investment business of her family office. Prior to leading her private equity and advisory firm group, she spent two decades serving in board-facing, executive management and leadership roles in PLCs, significant family offices, family trusts & foundation, privatized real estate investment & development conglomerates as well as investment development management firms, where she reported to the respective boards and UBOs direct.
Her investment cum financier execution expertise and implementation management experience is deep and solid. Grace has overseen and executed over billions of investment capital at investor capacities, with numerous 4x-plus Equity Multiple significant track record.
Grace chairs the Board and the Investment Committee and is responsible for overseeing the investment strategy and portfolio construction. She was tertiary educated in land economics, financial management and real estate, and holds M.Sc. Finance from the University of London. She is a business owner, Registered Business Valuer and Chartered Surveyor (for 25 years).
